In case of a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item at our expense or refund your purchase price.

All our products are carefully tested and checked before shipment to you. If for some reason, you are not satisfied, please ask for assistance. If we are not able to resolve the problem, ask for an RMA number and return instructions. Returns without an RMA will be refused as they will not be recognized by our administration system. Returns MUST be delivered back to us within 30 days  - 45 days if purchased from overseas - 
of purchase date. 

Avoid Returns

Before buying,
 ask us for the help or clarification you may need. Ensure you have read the product description including size, weight and other relevant information.  Refunds cannot be given for changing your mind or failing to use the product according to the instructions. 

We never sell refurbished or repackaged returns, so we cannot resell returned, used or unsealed intimate items.  In consquences we will not refund any money where products for intimate use, have been used incorrectly, damaged or have been frivolously purchased as a gift.  It is always worth or consulting the intended user, as they may not accept an intimate item like a personal body shaver.

Return shipping will be at the buyer's expense.
